Stitch and the Missing Bread
While we are out enjoying the sunshine, I'll leave this for you to enjoy:
In the beginning of February I made two loaves of bread. Nick and I love homemade bread. One evening when we came home from work, Nick went to the bedroom to change. He then asked me if I gave Stitch a loaf of bread. Now why in the world would I do that?
Apparently Stitch loves homemade bread enough to down almost an entire loaf! I went to pick up what was left when he grabbed it and ran to his corner.
And his new favorite room? The nursery.

Hand Me Downs
So, being the oldest of the children, it would be assumed I had all new clothes. I didn't. I actually got a lot of hand me downs from my cousins.
Nick being the youngest of 3 boys always had lots of hand me downs. It never hurt either of us, so when we started getting offers of used items*, we were thrilled and of course said yes!
I'm really surprised now at how much stuff such a tiny little person uses!
*We are buying a new carseat so please don't worry about safety!

All Done
His room is ready. We've been fingerprinted, and submitted it to the FBI. We got our CORI records back. We've done our homestudy. We've planned our drive to Utah.
Now we are just waiting. Waiting for Matthew to finish cooking. Waiting for the FBI. Waiting to be able to see our family. Waiting is harder I think.
Our many thanks for the letters of recommendation and the hand me downs!
