I received an email today titled: You are not going to believe this...
It's true, I almost didn't. because it said the furnace is being installed tomorrow. Yes, you read that right. Something is actually happening. Our dream of owning a home is getting closer. And we talked to our mortgage broker (just to make sure nothing has changed since October). And stuff has changed. The rate has come down! Cross your fingers that we can continue to move forward!

Yay! How exciting! I thought I'd leave you a note about one of the books I'm currently reading. If you get bored in the waiting process then you can read along with me. Right now I'm reading selected stories out of Chretien de Troyes, "Arthurian Romances". I'm currently on the Lancelot story-finally. Anyway...I wish you and Nick the best of luck with the house situation!
